Julie Hunter Sr. Director of Conduct/Deputy Compliance Officer, YoungLiving
Julie Hunter currently serves YoungLiving Essential Oils as its Sr. Director of Conduct & Deputy Compliance Officer. At YoungLiving, she implemented teams centered around anti-fraud, bonus buying and stacking audits, and implemented FCPA and environmental compliance training and policy roll-outs, as well as communications strategies involving corporate compliance.
Prior to this role, she directed paralegal services and distributor conduct and education, implemented the company’s distributor conduct team, was responsible for educating leading distributors on various regulatory requirements, liaised with the FDA on various product label issues, implemented strategies to globalize and enforce and the company’s Policies and Procedures.
Prior to joining YoungLiving, Julie served as a senior paralegal at Nature’s Sunshine Products, where she oversaw legal services for the U.S., Canada, Asia and Europe in areas of transactional law, commercial law, litigation assistance, policy and procedure enforcement, intellectual property, and also served as legal liaison with outside counsel in various countries in U.S., Canada, Asia, and Europe on regulatory affairs, employment law, and market entry.
