Adam Sherman

Adam is a partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the technology and intellectual property group. He focuses his practice on online brand protection, trademark and copyright enforcement, unfair competition, and internet defamation. Adam also has experience handling cases that involve contract disputes, trade secrets, torts, privacy issues and fiduciary duties. 

Adam is a member of the online seller enforcement team, where he works specifically with direct sellers on developing custom programs confronting their unauthorized sales, grey market sales, counterfeit sales, and other illegal sales on the internet.  He also serves as co-editor of the Online Seller Enforcement blog.

Adam is an adjunct professor at Northern Kentucky University, where he teaches intellectual property law.
Adam received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law and his B.A. with high honors from the University of Michigan.

Adam is admitted to practice in New York, California, and Ohio.
