The writing is on the wall. After the Herbalife Settlement, the FTC stated they would be coming out with generic MLM guidance, and the Vemma Final Order is very similar to the Herbalife Agreement, so it doesn’t take rocket science to figure out what the guidance will include. The FTC even strongly hinted about it here: https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/blogs/business-blog/2016/12/dismantling-pyramid-lessons-vemma-settlement
